“I was pretty daunted about returning to study at my age. With a family and work commitments, I was worried I would be thrown into the deep end. But the support I got from Thrive Training was amazing. The facilitators really go the extra mile and are there with you every step of the way.”

“I enrolled with Thrive Training after withdrawing from the same course at another college. Thrive Training was a breath of fresh air, and I had a much better experience. The enrolment process was simple, and the course itself was so easy to follow. You can even do it on your phone.”

“The facilitator was the real point of difference. She always responded to me really quickly and was ready to help. She was patient and I got valuable feedback on my assessments that has helped me to improve things at work. I felt supported through the entire course. Her webinars were engaging and packed with important information.”

“I got so much out of this course. If you are sitting on the fence thinking it will take 6 months or a year, don’t hesitate, just do it. The time will pass anyway, the difference is, if you don’t do it, nothing will change. But if you do it, new doors will open for you.”

“After missing out on a promotion at work, I decided it was time to learn some new skills. This course gave me practical know-how and really helped me to improve my skills across a range of HR functions. I am now a master of strategic workforce planning, and I can’t wait for the next promotion opportunity to come up.”

“Although I have been a Project Manager for a number of years, this course helped me close the gaps in my knowledge. My future projects have a far greater chance of success. What Karen does not know about project management is not work knowing.”

“I saw a lot of project management courses around but there are not many that focus on program management. The Program Manager course was exactly what I needed. It focused on the unique challenges that come with managing multiple projects while ensuring benefits realisation and strategic alignment.”

“While I don’t manage projects yet, I work on them every day. I was approached by my boss to find a course and I decided to do the Project Associate course because I want to build a career as a Project Manager. It helped me to understand projects and I feel like I am on my way.”

“I would not call myself a natural student. I hated school and the thought of studying again was not appealing but I knew I had to it if I wanted to get ahead in my career. The online format of the leadership course and the layout of the materials was amazing. It wasn’t just boring reading. There were videos, webinars, and activities that kept it interesting.”

“The variety of payment options made this course doable for me. I could not afford to pay a huge upfront fee. I love Thrive Training’s flexible approach.”

“I have diagnosed disabilities and needed to work with someone who would understand and give me support. My facilitator was amazing. She kept me motivated and helped me to learn new organisational skills. I am so proud of myself for completing my course and I could not have done it without her.”

“The Early Childhood Educator course gave me practical skills that I can apply in our centre. I feel more confident developing programs that meet learning outcomes, building better partnerships with families, and managing children’s behaviour now.”

“The facilitator was engaging and passionate. The optional recorded weekly webinars were so helpful. I could see a clear connection between the learning outcomes and the activities. I felt well prepared for the assessments, and it was great to have other students to collaborate with.”

“After completing this course myself, I enrolled three of my staff in it. The difference in their approach to tasks has been really noticeable. I feel like we are on the same page and working together more collaboratively.”
